Call for Papers

FIATA is looking for fresh, innovative, cutting-edge ideas, case studies, and best practices that will motivate participants at the conference and beyond. A Call for Papers is a simple cost effective process to facilitate these ideas.
• Submitted abstracts should include unpublished data.
• All abstracts would be anonymously peer reviewed, allocated on merit to oral communication (OC), short oral presentation (OP) or electronic poster (P) ses-sions.
• Program sessions will be formulated around accepted free communication ab-stracts to ensure that the final program reflects the current content of interest to our delegates and achieves the highest possible standards.
• Invited and special lectures are chosen to compliment this material. All abstracts must be submitted via the official Congress Website through an online portal sub-mission system.

Reproduction of abstracts
All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in a supplement to the FIATA Congress and Online. By submitting an abstract the delicate would agree to transfer the copyright to FIATA should their abstract be accepted.

Recording of the World Congress abstract presentations
By submitting an abstract, the delegate would authorise FIATA to record it for presenta-tion (if accepted) during the World Congress. All or a portion of presentations, comments, documents and presentation slides presented will be recorded and may be selected for inclusion on FIATA’s web portal for members and other users. If delegates do not wish their presentation to be recorded they would have the option to state this after the ac-ceptance of any abstract.

Abstract notifications
The Delegate would be notified as whether your abstract had been accepted by May 2016. Full details, including the timing of the presentations will be notified to accepted presenters at that time.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for an abstract to be considered for oral presentation, the presenting author must be registered by the submission deadline ( Insert deadline here ). Any abstract whose presenting author is not registered will not be consid-ered for oral presentation. Presentations will be accepted in _______ format only. More information will be made available after an abstract has been accepted.
